While your partner takes on the trails for their enduro adventure, you can enjoy your own unforgettable South African escape too. Our Partner Package is created for those who want to experience the beauty, culture, and relaxation of South Africa, at their own pace.

Spend your days lounging by the pool or walking along sunlit beaches. Indulge in a full-day spa experience with massages, treatments, and tranquil surroundings. If you love to explore, enjoy a day of shopping at one of Africa’s largest and most vibrant malls, or discover local life with guided cultural walks, authentic food experiences, and a visit to Monkeyland’s hidden forest, home to playful monkeys and lush jungle canopies.

For the more adventurous, there are also activities such as surf lessons, hiking and trail running or mountain-biking available. You just let us know how much adventure or relaxation you’d like packed into your trip — it’s yours to customize and fully enjoy.

Come together at the end of the day to share a meal, swap stories and relive the day’s adventures.

What’s included

• Pick-up and drop-off from your Ballito hotel on the first and last days.
• 8 nights’ accommodation, including a beachside resort on the Dolphin Coast and a 5-star boutique hotel bordering Krantzkloof Nature Reserve.
• Daily breakfast with Full English and continental options.
• Lunches at carefully selected local cafés and restaurants, featuring fresh ingredients and regional flavors.
• Dinners at premium restaurants and hotel venues, showcasing South African favorites, from braais and steaks to fresh seafood and coastal cuisine.
• Choose from five optional and fully customisable daily excursions and activities, including beach days, shopping, cultural experiences, Monkey Land visits, and spa massage treatments. Your itinerary will be tailored together prior to your arrival.
• Join your riding partner on the two-day Safari Experience and stay over in St Lucia and Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve. Hippo and croc boat cruise and guided Big 5 safari game drive.
• Dedicated support vehicle and local guide, providing all transfers and assistance throughout your stay.

Things to remember

• The Partner Package is offered exclusively on Enduro Tours and is not available for Adventure Bike Tours. If you would like further details or have any questions, please get in touch.
• South Africa has a warm, sunny climate and beautiful tropical conditions, so lightweight summer clothing is ideal — breathable t-shirts, shorts and sandals, along with a hat and sunglasses.
• Bring high-SPF sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and suitable adaptor plugs for your electronic devices and camera equipment.
• Medical travel insurance is required in case of illness or injury, and details must be shared before the tour commences.

Booking

• Secure your spot with a 20% deposit, and pay the remaining balance up to one month before your trip starts.
• Maximum tour size is 6 riders plus space for 6 partners to join the full experience, with local guides from Ride With Locals.
• If your partner has already booked the 7-days Enduro Safari tour, select the same dates and book your Partner Package to join the same tour.
• Most nationalities do not require a visa for South Africa (up to 90 days), but please check the travel requirements and passport validity for the country you are travelling from.
• For flights we recommend Emirates via Dubai, which includes 2 × 23 kg luggage. Alternatively fly into Johannesburg O.R. Tambo or Cape Town International and connect to Durban King Shaka International.
